Meet your psychologist!

In therapy, I have the privilege to learn about you. It only makes sense to share a little about me.

My name is Adrianna and I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania. I treat my clients with empathy and open-mindedness, so they feel heard and understood. Using Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help my clients experience relief from their symptoms and foster meaningful change. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is authentic and comfortable for all. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or just not sure where to start, we’ll figure it out together.

I completed my doctoral internship at Pennsylvania State University’s Counseling and Psychological Services (PSU CAPS). I earned my PhD in Counseling Psychology with a minor in Integrated Behavioral Health from New Mexico State University. My dissertation was centered on the experiences of restrictive eating in college women who have not sought treatment. I also hold an MS.Ed. in Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Applied Psychology and Human Development from Boston College.

I have experience working in a variety of settings - college counseling centers, private practice, and integrative behavioral health settings where I collaborated with medical providers and associated professionals to deliver holistic care. I am also trained in administering psychological assessments and completed a concentration in ADHD assessment while at PSU CAPS.

I specialize in working with teens, college students, and young adults facing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, body image concerns, ADHD, identity exploration, and conflicts in relationships. Therapy with me is intentional and individualized - it’s collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in your unique needs.

People describe me as warm, genuine, and having a good sense of humor which helps my clients feel comfortable and valued. I'm passionate about my work and the relationships I have with clients. I believe in balancing support with gentle challenge to help you grow in a way that feels authentic and doable. I'd be honored to be a part of your journey!
