  • ADHD Assessment

    Coming soon! My ADHD assessment process is designed to be thorough, supportive, and easy to navigate. I start with a clinical interview where we get to know you—your strengths, challenges, and the patterns you’ve noticed in daily life. You’ll complete self-report measures that help capture your experiences in more detail, and with your permission, we may gather input from important people in your life to round out the full picture. Once everything is reviewed, we’ll meet for a feedback session to discuss the results, answer your questions, and explore next steps together. The goal is to help you feel understood, informed, and empowered with clear guidance moving forward.
